Bretton Home Construction Company is currently working on a project called YUGEN Residential Houses, which consists of five independent houses (not attached) featuring three different designs. The project is still in the preliminary phase, focusing only on the distribution of the houses and their facades. I was responsible for both the interior architecture and interior design of the three house models (with two of the models being repeated, resulting in a total of five houses).

For the interior architecture, I designed an open social plan where all the main areas of the house (living room, dining room, and kitchen) interact with each other, while the bedrooms and TV rooms are located on the back or second floors. The interior designs we created were: minimalist for houses 1 and 2, contemporary for houses 3 and 4, and brutalist for house 5.

In the social area, I designed a complete space based on the project's chosen color tones, which includes a water mirror with a Jacuzzi, a deck with gazebos, a pergola room, and a fireplace area.
